The vilablanch studio is carrying out the interior architecture project for the homes and common areas of Santa Engracia 65, a luxury residential development located in the exclusive Madrid neighborhood of Chamberí. The project will have a ground floor plus 6 floors and a covered floor. Each floor will consist of 3 housings, plus two penthouses with a terrace, making a total of 20 homes with an average size of 112 m2 built.
